    Quennette S. Taylor, PhD is an organizational strategist, systems thinker, and the founder of Taylor Made Global Consulting. With more than 15 years of experience leading talent strategy, organizational development, and executive alignment across Fortune 100 companies, she brings both depth and breadth to every engagement.

    After years of seeing organizations invest in surface-level solutions that failed to create sustainable change, Dr. Taylor created a framework that starts with diagnosis, focuses on alignment, and centers on people. Her Human Systems Design approach blends organizational psychology, systems thinking, and leadership science to help organizations uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what comes next.

    Dr. Taylor is known for bringing clarity to complexity, partnering with senior leaders to activate strategy, and building leadership capacity that lasts. Her work is guided by a simple belief: transformation begins with insight.
