INSIDE THE MODEL

  • PEOPLE

People are the core of every system. In Human Systems Design, we focus on how individuals experience, contribute to, and grow within the organization. This includes capability, confidence, motivation, and alignment to purpose. When people are well-positioned and empowered, performance and culture move forward together.

  • STRUCTURE

Structure is more than hierarchy. It includes roles, decision-making authority, processes, and how work gets done across the organization. Clear, well-aligned structures make it easier for people to execute with clarity and reduce friction across teams. In strong systems, structure enables, not hinders, momentum.

  • FLOW

Flow is how information, energy, and resources move through the system. It reflects how fast decisions are made, how clearly communication travels, and whether priorities stay connected across levels. When flow is disrupted, even the best strategy stalls. Healthy systems keep flow intentional, visible, and supported.

What Shapes Our Strategy

At Taylor Made Global Consulting, Human Systems Design (HSD) is the foundation of how we work. This model helps us understand the dynamics that shape organizational culture and performance. It focuses on People, Structure, and Flow—elements that influence how decisions are made, how work gets done, and how truly aligned an organization is.

These elements serve as the lens through which we diagnose issues, design solutions, and guide strategic change. We don’t view culture as a mystery or an intangible concept. Through HSD, we bring clarity to the behaviors, systems, and interactions that define an organization’s current state and future potential.

Our CPO™ Framework (Culture, Performance, and Outcomes) is built on the insights revealed through HSD. When we address culture, we are really examining how people function, how structures support or hinder progress, and how work flows through the system. This approach ensures that our solutions are not only strategic, but also sustainable.
