More Than
24.
Make more possible with the time you have.
You have ideas you haven't had time to pursue, work that keeps piling up, and important things that get pushed to tomorrow. Learn how to turn scattered tasks and one-off prompts into a practical AI setup that supports the way you work.
You're capable of more.
You're just doing too much alone.
This isn't about becoming an AI expert. It's about building practical support for the priorities that matter to you, whether those priorities involve your career, business, projects, or everyday life.
Everything is on your list.
You're managing the work, the details, the follow-ups, and the next thing. You need a better way to keep things moving.
Good ideas stay on hold.
The career move, business idea, or project matters to you, but it's hard to find a clear place to start.
You know AI can help. But how?
You've experimented with prompts and tools. Now you want an approach you can evaluate, improve, and use again.
A foundation you can
keep putting to work.
You'll work on your own priorities as you learn. Each session adds something useful to your setup, so the learning becomes part of how you get things done.
Make it yours
Give your AI tool useful context about your voice, responsibilities, goals, and standards.
Connect the work
Use Notion to organize a real priority, and explore connections with everyday tools where supported.
Improve the results
Practice giving feedback, checking research, and refining content without losing your point of view.
Make it repeatable
Build and test a defined workflow with clear instructions, boundaries, and human review.
What would you like
more room for?
The same foundations can support very different goals. Explore a few examples of what you could work on.
not one-size-fits-all assignments.
“I keep doing the same work from scratch.”
The updates, follow-ups, and scattered notes are taking time away from the work that needs your attention.
- A clear brief for a recurring task, with an example of a useful result.
- A Notion workspace that keeps the source information and next actions together.
- A repeatable draft-and-review process, with you checking the important details.
These examples show possible applications of the method. Specific connections and automated actions depend on your tools, access, and permissions. You remain responsible for reviewing the output.
Choose the experience
that fits where you are.
Both are hands-on. Both focus on real uses, not tool hype. Choose the learning path that matches your experience and the kind of support you want.

Four sessions.
Progress you
can build on.
Establish your foundation in November, put it to use between sessions, and return in December ready to refine and build. Each session adds to the work you've already done.
November 10 & 17 · December 8 & 15
All four sessions are Tuesdays in 2026.
6–8 PM Eastern · 3–5 PM Pacific
Start with you, not the technology.
Explore your AI tool's essential features, settings, and privacy controls. Practice useful prompting and voice or chat features where available. Let AI interview you about your voice, preferences, responsibilities, and goals. Choose a real need you want your setup to address.
Connect the dots and organize the work.
Go deeper into Notion for organizing priorities, research, ideas, and projects. Explore connections with email and calendar where supported. Begin working with AI-supported research and content, using a workspace you can continue building between sessions.
No live sessions on November 24 or December 1. Use the break to test your setup at your own pace and note what needs improvement. We reconvene December 8.
Refine the results. Keep your voice.
Bring back what you've tried. Learn how to evaluate the output, provide specific feedback, troubleshoot weak results, and turn useful corrections into reusable instructions. Apply those habits to your research, communication, or social media content.
Build a system that keeps helping.
Bring the pieces together in one defined workflow. Explore how prompts, connected tools, and AI agents differ, then build and test within your available features. Establish boundaries, approval points, and a way to assess the whole task, including review and rework.

Questions,
answered.
What to expect, what you'll need, and how enrollment works.
Do I need to pay for an AI tool?
No. A paid AI plan can expand the features available for the advanced exercises, but it is not mandatory. You can still learn and apply the foundations using free tools. Features differ by provider, plan, and organizational policy. Any software subscriptions are separate from the course fee.
Do I need previous AI experience or coding skills?
You don't need coding skills. The virtual bootcamp starts with the fundamentals and builds toward practical application. It's especially useful for people who have tried AI and want more intentional support. The Memphis intensive is for experienced users and has prerequisites and pre-work.
What will I actually work on?
Choose a real priority: a business idea, a career plan, research you need to organize, recurring content, or a task that keeps consuming your time. You'll use it to practice the methods rather than follow an example that has no connection to your life.
How much work is there between sessions?
Expect short, purposeful assignments that build on the previous session and prepare you for the next. The aim is to practice on work you already need to do, without piling on hours of homework.
Why the break between November and December?
There are no live sessions on November 24 or December 1. You'll have a chance to use your setup, collect questions, and see what needs refinement before we meet again. The full schedule is November 10 and 17, then December 8 and 15, from 5–7 PM Central.
Will I build an autonomous AI agent?
We'll explore agent capabilities and work toward a defined, repeatable workflow with clear boundaries and human review. Fully autonomous capabilities depend on your software, subscription, permissions, and task. The final build will reflect the features available to you; a fully autonomous agent is not guaranteed.
Can I use this for work if my organization restricts AI?
Your organization's policies come first. Use only approved tools and information for work-related exercises. Where appropriate, practice with fictional or non-sensitive examples rather than confidential employee, customer, or business information. You do not need to connect private accounts to learn the approach.
How do I register for the virtual bootcamp?
Select “Reserve your virtual spot” to open HubSpot checkout in a new tab. You'll enter your contact information and complete payment there. We'll use the email you provide to send session information. This page does not collect or store your contact or payment information.
When and where is the Memphis intensive?
The intensive is a three-hour, in-person working session in Memphis, Tennessee, for a maximum of 10 participants. The date and venue are still to be announced. Memphis registration is not yet open; it is a separate experience from the virtual bootcamp.
